Please help! Router is blocking websites

Hi all
I need your help please

I have a D-link 685 which appears to have started blocking website access to certain sites.

When I try to access :
www.photbucket.com
or
www.mountune.co.uk

The browser just hangs, ive tried firefox, chrome and IE9 and my iphone, none work.

Ive just tried swapping the router out and it still does not work! Is this a problem with Virgin??

Please help!

Thanks
