New router

I am looking for a new router with USB for storage and found a belkin F5D8635UK4A. Has anyone got any experience with this router, or can anyone recommend a router for approx £40.00.

Re: New router

Do you already have an USB storage device you want to share?

If not I would suggest a NAS device combined with an 'ordinary' router might be preferable due to the higher speeds achievable over the LAN.

The Belkin router you have suggested will interface with both USB & NAS devices, of course, so could be a good choice to share your (assumed) current storage & be compatible if you got NAS in the future.

Re: New router

Yes, already have external USB drive.
More concerned about if router would work on virgin network as it only mentions adsl, not cable.

Re: New router

That Belkin router you have identified is for ADSL (BT type) broadband only. It won't work for Virgin Cable. You need to find router's that do not have built in ADSL modems for use with cable.
