iPad Issue

Hi,

I'm helping somebody get an iPad up and running...

The iPad software is up to date (3.2.2).

The strange issue is that at our house the iPad can connect to the iTunes AppStore on the iPad.

When they take it to their house, the AppStore just fails to connect. The device has an IP, DNS, Gateway etc - connecting through the wi-fi.

The browser (Safari) works fine - nice and quick - it's just the AppStore that's having an issue.

I'm kinda thinking MTU or Wi-Fi encryption (I think it's set to WPA2 but will check it).

Any ideas what the issue may be?

Re: iPad Issue

Just to update this - I had a hunch it was the MTU - it was set to 1492 so I set it to 1500 (ADSL standard) and it's now connecting - problem resolved!
