FTP sync date/time issue

I'm trying to use FTP to backup only changed files.

The client server is running WS_FTP Pro and from there I'm using the syncronisation function to link to a GuildFTP server on the backup machine.

The problem I'm finding is that the time is not being reported back correctly. WS-FTP is seeing all the files on the backup machine as 12am. This is causing it to backup files that have not actually changed.

It's getting change dates correctly but not the times. Is this something that anyone else has found and solved?
