Hello all New modem arrived today and all is looking good

I am not complaining at all, as I am really greatful. But the upload seems a little to be desired :P but good for me

Thanks again to everyone who has tried to help me. Everyone seems really friendly.

Hi Phil.

All is looking good thank you, I have now upgraded free from the 2mb package to the 10mb and it is running better than ever, Speed tests indicate I am getting my full speeds now rather than 0.03 of a Meg lol. So in the end it was down to the modem being faulty.
