Re: Need a driver to get on the interent

You don't need a modem driver to get online if you are using the Ethernet cable, though you may need a driver for the ethernet card.

Unfortunately without knowing what ethernet card (if plugin) or what motherboard you are using it's hard to point you in the right direction.

Re: Need a driver to get on the interent

Hi thanks for replying

I copyied everest home edition from my comp put it on a disk and installed it on the other computer and heres what it says she has.
The motherboard is a fujitsu seimens d1534 motherboard and the card for the internet is a
Intel 82544xt pro/1000 mt desktop adapter.
I've already looked on the net for a driver to try and get her back online without any luck.
Is there any chance at all someone could find me the drivers or give us some good links please?

Thanks

Is it a branded PC and is it a seperate LAN card or built in chipset?
Could try the Intel site for this

Try this one - it's from Dell but I think it's the same network interface card.
