How much email space on 1mb account ?
Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how much email storage space you get on an NTL 1mb broadband connection ?
I had just under 10mb of mail overnight and I received a warning that my box was nearly full - surely we get more than 10mb of storage ?

Nope-10 meg is your lot I'm afraid-that's fairly generous I would say though.

My f2s.com accounts have 20meg email for space for each of the 20 email addys you can setup plus damn fine spam filtering at the ISP level.

Freeserve (Who I was with before NTL) give each broadband user 100mb.
Thats why I was so surprised at NTL only giving 10mb.
Its no real matter to me, as I own several domains and can use those for (unlimited) email but I was suprised to get the 'full' message.

10mb is a good limit, especially if you attach a zipped file

Try Mailwasher for spam filtering, you can delete poomail without it having to be fetched off the server, so you don't need more space
And This will help looking up spelling
Both are free.
