Well I've been having e-mail problems again. I've had several people not receive e-mails that I've sent meaning, for instance, that customers don't know whether I've got their orders or not.

I've also sent e-mails to companies enquiring about various products only to get no reply and it's not until I mail them again do I find out they didn't get the first one

Note: NTL's email services are notoriously poor. If you are expecting a reply and do not receive one within 48 hrs, can you please email me again or try my alternative address - chances are your email never arrived or my reply has vanished!
No plans on altering it just yet I also chase up emails after a week if I don't hear anything. It's about as good as Royal Mail
