E-mail password resets?

Is there a way of getting e-mail account passwords reset online so I haven't got to ring CS? I want to set a Mailwasher program to shield me from the spam but I can't find my ntlworld disc with all the passwords in.

If you can currently access your email, you can get a reminder of your password from here. If you then want to change your password, go here
