Email login issues

Is anyone having issues logging into their email from www.ntlworld.com/webmail???

I keep getting incorrect username/password

Sure you are using the full email addy (eg fred.flintstone@ntlworld.com)?

Can you log in to the 'manage you email account' page?

Please ignore. Just found out that NTL disconnected my account for some reason..

When were you last able to access your email? IE could it have been disabled due to inactivity? Is it associated with a BBand account or dialup?

Either way, you will prob have to call CS to get it either reactivated or pwd reset.

was able to access last night. Been in queu for 10 mins waiting now...

If they reactiviate will i still get the email sent to that mail overnight?? I am expecting some important mails.

I cant believe, they closed my account in error.

And they state that all emails received in this period will have gone!!

Is there no way they can retract these? i was expectiong urgent mail

If mail bounced instead of being deleted the server or person might try sending the mail again.

I grew tired of Ntl's unreliable email service ages ago and defected to gmail.

Have had zero problems since. :-)
