Another ntl E-mail question...

Im the main account holder in the current house im in, however I am having NTL moved to my new address and a result my old dear is loosing her internet and secondaray email for a short period while I get everything set up.

Question is, when I am all set up and running, can I remove her sub-account from my main one, ready for when she becomes a new NTL customer ? would she be able to keep her email address ?

After a while the email address should be returned to the pool but why should she lose it? If she is staying on NTL and you are too then she can still collect the email as normal if you keep her email address as a sub-account. You can have more than one email address at a time and to be honest trying to get it moved over to her account could be more problematic than it's worth.

Because she isnt moving with me. Im moving out with my girlfriend, so I am having a housemove on my account. When the service has been moved, my old dear will have to contact ntl as a new customer.

To be honest I thought it would be more trouble then its worth. Thnx anyways thou...

when she has her account setup, if you call ntl when you are both there so that DPA checks can be completed on both accounts her address can be migrated from your account to hers.
