[Merged] NTL Customer Insight Mulitple emails

So far today I have had the email shown below sent to my home email address 10 times. It seems to appear in pairs and arrives at about 15 minute intervals. I have checked that it is not an email 'stuck' on my POP3 server email address, and it is not. I have completed the survey, but still the emails come, how the hell do you stop them?

We'd like to understand how satisfied you are with the way in which we responded to your issue. Please click on the link below to fill out a short questionnaire. [Merged] NTL Insight Mulitple emails

I submitted feedback to NTL a month ago because I was having lots of broadband problems (of their making) and objected to having to pay to speak to their useless Indian call-centre. I haven't had any response from them regarding my comments, but tonight I've had 13 identical mails asking me to complete one of their surveys to see how thay handled my initial complaint.

What do these plonkers at NTL think they're up to? I responded to one of the mails - it was a good opportunity for me to vent my anti-NTL feelings, but even their survey form doesn't work properly. The first question asked whether their response had been made via e-mail or phone. As I'd had no response I thought it appropriate to leave both options blank. Unfortunately the form doesn't allow a 'blank' response to that question.

Still, I suppose having survey results with the spin already applied will suit NTL's purposes far better than a smattering of truth about their service.

Re: NTL mail-bombing its customers!

Do we know if anyone at NTL CS reads the contents of these forums? And whether any of the feedback is ever taken onboard?

They could save themselves a lot of money by throwing away the automated feedback questionaires and read this forum!! Plenty of feedback for complaints here. Wake up NTL!

I've just had a few more as well, but in amongst them was an apology from NTL, so at least
they're aware that it's happening. You never know, maybe they read abouit it here
