Exclamation Ex-ntl customer access to remove website

Hi!

I haven't been an ntl customer for at least five years, but the website I created back then is still up and I am no longer able to make changes or delete it which is really fustrating (I kind of assumed it would be removed when I finished with ntl). I contacted ntl about this but got no reply, does anyone know what I can do? Do any ntl people read these forums? I just want to remove my old ntl website. I still have my old ntl username and password but they no longer work.

You are going to need to phone ntl's customer services. email and letter correspondence often get overlooked I'm afraid

Well unless things have changed I believe that's a premium rate number for non-ntl customers, and I certainly am not willing to sit in their 30 minute queues on one of those!
