Random Disconnects

I'm running 2 computers on a router. Both periodically disconnect then connect again. It's weird, I've never had this problem until recently. It'll automatically connect again in 10-60 seconds. But it's really frustrating when playing games or talking on msn. Or doing anything! Is this a virus or is it an internet problem? Any help is appreciated.

Regards
Dan
