Ever since Ive been with ntl ive never been able to use it i have password login name etc Ive spoken to ntl about this they say it is fine now im confusssed if it was fine i be able to use it now i need to use it so i can upgrade to 10meg any 1 got any ideas how to access my account
You can upgrade to 10Mb by telephone to CS too so it's not that you can't upgrade. If CS have confirmed your details then it leads to the question how are you trying to access the account? As long as you are using the primary name on the account (which CS would have confirmed with you) and the password (again CS would have validated this) then you should be able to access the account.
I have spoken to CS account is fine and i have to upgrade through the email IE: online this is the responce I get from CS. But can not do the following ie above.
