Lack of emails?
My incoming emails including spam has dropped from around 50-60 a day to almost zero.

Now I've had emails sent that haven't arrived. I don't losing the spam, but important emails aren't arriving.

I sent emails to my 3 addies via gmail and they worked, but there is definately something fishy going on.

Does anyone know of some sort of problem with NTL?

I get lots of South American spam, I assume that the spam filter thinks I am multilingual, 'course mail addressed to one of my .com addresses gets put in the spam. I know that the spam filter doesn't know my .com address from Adam but those messages are at least in English, I would have thought that an English message would have some priority over numerable South American languages.

Your spam filter has no knowledge of languages whatsoever, slowcoach. It just looks for words, symbols and groups of the same (and originating addresses etc) which it has learnt indicate that the email is likely to be spam.

Try talking to it in English and then in Spanish (or Portuguese). You'll get exactly the same response every time... nothing ;-)

Yahoo seems to filter my mail better than ntl

in all honesty i get the most spam through ntl

dont understand any one useing ntl as thier main email but live and let live as they say

i mostly use runbox

Why is original mail sent from France from three friends who use wanadoo.fr being rejecrted by the ntlworld SMTP server with Error 452 ? I a new to this site and have not used it at all before
