Emails from eBay being caught up as spam

I use Windows Live Mail and a few days ago I could no longer receive emails from eBay. I logged into VM's webmail service and all of the email messages from eBay were in the spam folder with this message above each one: -

Be careful with this message. Our systems couldn't verify that this message was really sent by ebay.co.uk. You might want to avoid clicking on links or replying with personal information.
But the emails are definitely legit.

How can I fix this? There don't seem to be any options related to spam email unless I'm missing something.

And just to clarify - this isn't Windows Live Mail marking the messages as spam. The messages don't even get received by WLM because VM's system has marked them as spam.

Re: Emails from eBay being caught up as spam

Thanks, but adding eBay to my contacts list doesn't make any difference. Marking the messages as "not spam" means they then get picked up via Windows Live Mail, but I still have to do that every time.
