My Virgin Media

Why is it that almost every time I try to log on to My VM I get the message:

"We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later."

Extremely frustrating.

sorry more like a cache issue it aint down tha tmuch i admit it is down often but not that much maybe you should trying delete yoru temporary inter files and cleaeinr goyu cache and refresh the page i woring fo rme jsut now and generally it down for all cusomters at once

I get this error with Google Chrome sometimes so I switch to IE.
