Thanks Stripes & yes 'job done' for me & others, so might be best if you give the guy a ring, I'm sure he will try his utmost to answer any questions, via the company memo's probably.

Sorry, devonish, didn't make myself clear (obviously!). What I meant was:

Your VM guy was wrong, in all particulars. smtp.ntlworld has NOT been replaced by smtp.virginmedia, as smtp.ntlworld is still up and running.

Replacement might be VM's intention, but not this week.
