Blank Emails

Why are all my incoming emails blank? I have to click reply to see the text of the email.

Re: Blank Emails

which prog are you using to view your emails. They shouldn't be entirely blank but something pretty much most of the content can be missing if it is all html because your browser will either block the content as a security precaution or due to it's potential size. There is normally an option at the top of the email for "show content" or something like that.

Have a look at your clients settings and you can tweak them to make them a little less strict.

Re: Blank Emails

i don't use it dude so I am afraid I can't give you more specific help. I have just had a quick google and found 3 separate posts peeps have made on the VM support forums but nobody has replied with a solution. Have you got IE installed so you could give it a quick go on that?
