VM Email problem
Anyone else having problems with VM email today?
I can't get onto Webmail or POP3, and the Service Status page is timing out!!!

Same problem trying to log on to myvirginmedia.com - timing out (from Leeds, 30Mb).
Tracert timing out as well on the last hop.

Also having this problem - in Edinburgh.
Message on Service Status site (which is not long back up it appears going by a comment above):

Loss of all Video on Demand, Interactive, MYVM, Webmail

Dialled 150 and eventually got through to a recording " If you are calling about the loss of On Demand or e mail we are very sorry you cannot enjoy our services; there will be a further update at 1pm"

It has been down all morning but all up and running again now.
No emails however, which is very odd for me.
Sent myself a test message from an non-VM address which came through right away though, could just be a quiet morning.

Est fix time is 2040 this evening, remember this is only an estimate.
Not best pleased myself as awaiting on an important email regarding a refund.
