I have forgotten how to load stuff to my own web page(memory problem and lack of use)

Can anyone post me to a link here giving me the info I need.

I do have a working site.

But I have completely forgotten even visiting the virgin my web page, there are no instructions etc.etc. (there used to be one) (I have serif web8 plus program)

Help appreciated.

I want to load an mp3 file, its a piece of music I have recorded and played on my yamaha tyros2 keyboard. (around 2.80mbs.)
