Problems accessing "My Virgin Media"

For some reason I can't login to "My Virgin Media", it just gets stuck on the "Loading..." screen.

I've tried it on 2 different machines and with Firefox, IE8 and Google Chrome and got the same result every time.

Anyone else having issues logging in or is it just a random fault my end?

Must be something going on their end, I now get this message:

I am getting the same "maintenance message" now. I'll have a another look tonight to see if it's back.

Because that would involve fixing the issue to publish the page which would then be pointless.

Eh? I can access the Virgin site. I can access the My Virgin Media front page. It's the logging on bit that doesn't work

This thread was about the site being down, your issue, is yours alone, needs to be addressed by the support teams.

I don't know whether you are still having problems but I have just signed into both my primary and secondary accounts on My Virgin Media with no problems.
