Re: Problems accessing "My Virgin Media"

So now I'm getting a message saying Javascript is not enabled on my browser. Is this new?

I've never had to enable this before (and can't because sysadmins here at work don't allow us poor saps to dabble in such areas).

I had that message last week and I didn't think there was a problem with my Javascript. But it turns out there was, I'd updated the latest version and thought all was well. When I phoned VM they told me I had to remove the old Javascript before updating the latest version otherwise the update wouldn't work. Try that if you can as mine is working fine now.

Sadly, I can't do that; as I'm at work, I can't can't touch such things as Javascrit. The PC I'm working on is considered "locked down" and many actions that I could do successfully at home I can't do here.

Strangely, I was able to log on to my email from here with no issues yesterday. Today... well, issues!
