We have recently become VM customers and I am still trying to setup our Outlook 2003 (on Windows 7).
I have successfully setup OK to send emails from Outlook 2003, but cannot find a definitive setup to allow receipt of emails.
Have tried both pop3 and imap (have enabled this on the web page OK).
It appears the VM 'system' does not work using 10 character passwords, even though this is stated as permitted. I changed the password to a short password and Ourlook is now working for POP3 VM email accounts.
