Downloading all the emails again

I should probably know this, but is there a way to set the emails in webmail so that a client will down them all again ?

I didn't think there was ..

Once you have downloaded them to webmail and deleted them from there they are gone unless they are residing in the bin if you are lucky.

lol .. no mate, I mean once I have downloaded them via a client, can I set them to be downloaded again ..

As in I want to take everything thats in my inbox (webmail) and download it ..

Highlight them all as unread and put recent: in front of your username and click Send/Receive. as in > recent:nopanic@virginmedia.com

It should work without highlighting them but that is a belts and braces approach.

I have deleted webmails and found them sitting in the bin especially as we hide it.
