sub e-mail account help

Hope someone can help. I set up an extra e-mail address on my main account for my wife some time ago. Now she really needs to use it, but I cant remember the password. I have tried logging into MY VIRGIN MEDIA, but I find that it will only let me reset my main account password, but not the one for my wife. Can some help please??

If your email address is the Primary email account then you can change the password on her account, if it is the Primary it will show My Profile and when you click it you will see Manage Accounts, this is where you can reset the password on her account.

If this is not here then you will need to call technical support to find out your Primary email account name.
