Sadly the closest you'll get to talking to IT, is talking to me on here and I'm not allowed to touch your account .. DPA restrictions .. Just call tech support, tell them you can't create new mailboxes it errors, they can't fix it, so will call 2nd line, who will tell them to stage it up. You'll likely have to phone back to get a ref but if you do (P ref) let me know and I'll sort it. The turn around is pretty quick now anyway.
