Unable to create new mailboxes

Hi everyone

I have tried several times now on different days to add an account (mailbox) to my account. Every time it results in an error page 'Ooops, something went wrong'

I have tried several browsers and from different locations. The annoying thing is that each time I have to think of a new email address as the system assumes the previous one which doesn't result in a successful outcome is already taken.

Anyone else having this problem?

You need to call in and list the email addresses. They can be removed from the naming services and the fault on your account fixed. It'll need to go to IT.

Sadly the closest you'll get to talking to IT, is talking to me on here and I'm not allowed to touch your account .. DPA restrictions .. Just call tech support, tell them you can't create new mailboxes it errors, they can't fix it, so will call 2nd line, who will tell them to stage it up. You'll likely have to phone back to get a ref but if you do (P ref) let me know and I'll sort it. The turn around is pretty quick now anyway.
