Ntlworld not receiving ny emails

I am an Orange/freeserve emailer and had a call from a friend to ask if everything was OK, as he had not had an email for weeks, I checked all my NTL friends and they all had never received any mail from me - So I checked with Orange who informed me that they had been blacklisted, but are OK now ???
I can send & receive emails from everyone but when I send them to ntlworld.com they never arrive at the recipient. No one seems to know why just problems at the ISP's but that’s not helping me, I am having to send things to Hotmail and send them on to my ntlworld friends from there ? any Ideas anyone

Ask the ntlworld.com addressees to try going into Webmail and check the Spam folders, your emails will probably be in there!

There was a thread on a similar problem with freeserve.co.uk emails a while back, and I've had problems in the past with emails from freeserve and aol addresses going into the Spam Folders.

The recipients will need to put your email addy in their contact list in Webmail.

Please post the actual bounce message blotting your own email address (but retaining the domain) and being sure that the IP address and exact error message are visible.

Please see this thread. It is a much bigger problem than many people believe because they think that it is their email address which has the problem not a whole ISP.
