I am confused

I am a bit confused about the new VM email log on.

I still have a ntlworld.com email as my main VM address, my understanding is this:

I have to log into "MY Virgin Media" first (which I use a different non VM Google email address) and then click on the email on the top right in order to access the ntlworld.com email.

This "My VM" password is also good for the ntlworld.com webspace.

Am I right?

Re: I am confused

You don't have to go that way, but yes..

You can access email directly ..

http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/emailgateway.php

The PWP log in is your NTL world address before the @ assuming thats the one you used to set it up.
