Webspace - anything changed?
I used to be able to log on to my webspace using this on Windows Explorer:

ftp://username:password@upload.ntlworld.com

It keeps on asking me for the password but I know the password is correct.

Have they changed anything?

I don't use it myself, but try using your full email address for a username as they changed that with the email side of things at least
