works with the username i found doing a username look up with my account details. but still, to change it to some random blueyonder email instead of the one i setup and have been using for months without letting me know is big fail from virgin.
My vstuff login has suddenly started telling me i cant login because my details are wrong. i know 100% what they are as I logged in 2 days ago.
I did a forgot password to try and get a new one sent out and apparently my login name "my gmail address" doesn't exist.
any ideas? I only access vstuff from my home computer, i highly doubt my username / passwords been changed.

So i just did a username lookup with my account details area ref and last name.
SO VIRGIN WIPED MY GMAIL AS MY USERNAME AND USED SOME RANDOM NUMBERS AT BLUEYONDER!

Have you moved house at some point in the last few years ? and taken the services with you ?
