Overnight last night there was some change on Google Apps that Virgin use that has stopped my phone syncing email. My address is an ntlworld.com one, but it appears to affect other domains as well.
Google have posted a known error about this issue and steps to correct it. But it needs the Google Apps administrator, ie Virgin, to do the fix.
I realise it's probably a forlorn hope, but any chance any of the VM staff here can get this raised and fixed internally?

What do you know, but less than an hour after posting this question my phone went ping and the days email arrived all in one go. Not sure if Google or Virgin fixed it, but whatever, it seems to be fine now.
