Unable to access webmail for one alias

Hi

I fairly recently set up a new alias email address, because it's fairly new it had to be a Virginmedia one instead of my old ntlworld addresses. All was well for a while accessing it both via the web and Mail (on a Mac), in the last week or so however I can't log into it on the web, Mail still works ok though. The sign in page comes up ok and I enter email address and password and then one of two things occurs, either a google page flashes up and disappears and then the Red Virgin page appears saying 'goodbye' as if I'd logged out, this page will then hang without returning to the logon, or a google page appears saying 'google apps server error, we are unable to process your request at this time, please try later.
I've tried clearing cache, cookies etc but still the same result.
Any ideas what to try next?

PS get the same results using Safari on the iPad as well

Have you had any changes made to your account? Moved house, upgrades downgrades?

Without being about to see it, it's not going to be possible to fix it. You need to give them a call and it will be raised up to the IT guys.
