VM (ntlworld) e-mail - POP access
POP3 access to my ntlworld.com e-mail now seems to have failed - I get a pop up asking for username and password (which are unchanged), when I re-enter them, it still fails as rejected.

If the problem is still happening you will ned to call in as it may be related to the updated systems.

Its still happening.
Bizarrely, I can still access it via webmail.

Aha, I just had a thought ... just need to test it

Bingo - I needed to update outlook to pass the whole e-mail address - mine has always been configured to just use the name, now it needs the @ntlworld.com as well. Im betting this issue will hit other people.

That should have been the case since last year surprised it worked up until now.

He still had just the username and not the full email address in his settings and it still worked until now, it should not have but it did.
