Virgin webmail query

I have just changed my settings to HTML because it looks a lot neater. However, I have a problem with deleting spam. In the standard view, there is an option to delete all spam messages. In the HTML view, I couldn't see that option. Am I missing something here or do I have to delete each message individually?

Re: Virgin webmail query

By going to Basic HTML you have disabled quite a few features such as selecting all, if you want that capability you should stick with standard view.

If you click on Learn more it will advise you of the other tools that are not available on Basic HTML.

Ok, thanks for that. When I want to delete spam, I'll go back to standard view.

It is simple enough to do so.
