Help Please!

I'm trying to add my ntl email accounts on my new pc using thunderbird, but i keep getting invalid username or password.
As far as I know I have the correct password for my main account (which I don't use but I assume I have to add it first). Thunderbird finds imap/pop/smtp settings for the account, I'm not sure whats going on. Can anyone help me please?

I've just logged into my virgin media using the email acc and password so nothing appears to be wrong there.
