Smile V Stuff Help ?

Hi - I've been reading through threads here and on google but cannot find an answer to my question.

Basically, I decided to swap from Virgin Media to Sky on 8/12/10 and was told that I had 90 days within which I could retrieve my stored photos on V Stuff, but when I've tried accessing, I can log into the account, but I cannot get into my V Stuff.

When I swapped, I checked that we had 90 days and the terms and conditions state 90 days - I've been on the phone for about an hour to various different departments with a promise of a call back - not happened - but no-one is giving me a definitive answer.

Does anyone know ?!! Thanks !

Re: V Stuff Help ?

Your Vstuff account is linked to your BBI service .. so no service, no Vstuff.

Nothing remains active on an account when the service is disabled.

Re: V Stuff Help ?

But why would it say that I have 90 days to retrieve my stored content - this is in the terms and conditions ?

---------- Post added at 20:21 ---------- Previous post was at 20:13 ----------

If I resubscribe to broadband would I be able to retrieve my v stuff stored content - as long as this was done within 90 days ?

Re: V Stuff Help ?

Storage is held by a third party company, as outlined in the T&C's, maybe they hold the service open for 90 days ?

You have PM
