My Virgin Media

I've never been able to log into this for a long time, and even asking customer services a number of times to help, has been a waste of time.

Today i had another crack at getting in, and managed to get to the recover password screen, but this is the message i get, when i try to finalise it.

Error!

* Password reset error.

An internal error has occurred. Please try again later or alternatively give us a call.

It's been doing this all day today, and tonight. any ideas?

You will need to call Technical Support on 151 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line as they are the only people who can help.

The call should take 5 minutes at the most as long as you get the right agent, do not call Customer Services as you will only be transferred to Faults which tends to annoy you.

I think that is just one of those pretty yellow screens that you get when you input the wrong details.

ah but which one .. if its an error with the account it can be fixed without DPA being affected.
