My Virgin Media
I've never been able to log into this for a long time, and even asking customer services a number of times to help, has been a waste of time.
Today i had another crack at getting in, and managed to get to the recover password screen, but this is the message i get, when i try to finalise it.
Error!
* Password reset error.
An internal error has occurred. Please try again later or alternatively give us a call.
It's been doing this all day today, and tonight. any ideas?
