Re: webmail errors

Always try another browser and if it fails again call support who will confirm the username and reset the password if required.

You will need to call up as the password may need resetting, 5 minute call tops.

Re: webmail errors

I managed to log in once last night using one username but not the other we use then the one that worked stopped working. When i was logged in i changed the password successfully but still cannot log in on either username tonight.

All i want to do is set the emails up so when the wife downloads the emails during the day i can also download those same emails when i get home on my laptop. This always used to work but now once one computer has downloaded the emails the same emails are not downloading to another computer at a later point using two email addresses on the same account.

Re: webmail errors

In the settings (I assume its outlook) go to advanced and tick the box that says leave a copy on the server. Outlook wont mark them as read then or attempt to delete the emails.

Without being able to see your account details I cant advise on any issues, but I cant ask for them, as it would be breaking DPA if I told you anything about them
