blueyonder alias not working

One of our blueyonder email aliases has stopped working. It has always worked until a couple of days ago. I have tried all the usual account settings to no avail and i can't log on to my email on the VM home page as it is rejecting my log in details.

This is happening on 2 pc's so was wondering what can be at fault.
The main email address works fine which is strange.
This is happening with Windows mail on the Vista pc and Windows Live Mail on the Windows 7 laptop

Any ideas??

EDIT i stated that one of the aliases has stopped working... this is the only alias we have.

Hi there,

When you say it has stopped working, do you mean people are no longer able to send emails to it ? or you can't log in with it ?

Re: blueyonder alias not working

I meant that i could not use a paticular email address on our account. I forgot to post that this rectified itself a few days later.
