I have been informed by few companys that i placed orders with and few people i requested info from that for some reason they are not getting my email (ntlworld.com) but i am getting mail from forums and ebay ect. i have done few random email to companys request prices so no one has replyed back
I dont want to ring CS in india as i mite lose averything. as i have read a few members had problems sorting but where left worse off
Can you send test emails to yourself or any other none Virginmedia email accounts that you may have.
If not UK support is available until 10pm tonight.
yahoo and hotmail send/Recv ok also i sending a email to support@virgin.net and see if they get it
also trying find some one with Ntl/virgin emails so i can do test
