When will my webspace increase to 200MB?

When I moved my ISP to Virgin Media over a year ago, I was assured by their phone operator that I would be entitled to 200MB webspace.

I also have an email from them confirming that I am entitled to 200MB.

They gave me a ntlworld email address, which meant I only got 55MB.

Users with a virginmedia email address as their PRIMARY address apparently get the 200MB.

I have been assured that eventually I will get 200MB - but no-one can give me a date when this might happen.

Virgin seem to spend all their effort on rolling out new services - like super-fast broadband - but forgetting their promises to existing customers.

Does anyone know WHEN all their cable broadband users will get the 200MB?

Thanks for the info, Ben.

When I last enquired, in September 2010 - via email and also dialling 150 to speak to UK tech support - I was told, very firmly, that they had no access to the date when the larger webspace would be available to ntlworld customers.

Now, two months later, I find out from a user forum (and your quick response) that it's happened!
It would have been nice to have been notified, since I've been emailing and phoning Virgin for nearly a year to try to get a date!

Sometimes Virgin Media's communication with its existing customers is VERY poor.
