I don't know what's gone wrong with my connection the last few weeks in Coventry. Most evenings at peek times now a lot of websites are taking an age to download. BBC nearly 2 minutes and some other popular sites the same. Speed tests coming up with down load speed as normal about 19.8Mb on XL Upload is very poor for XL about 350Kbs or less. People have been complaining about the quality of my VIOP on vonage calls which up until now as been fine. Sky player will only play for 2 mins then totally stop. I've tried to change the basic function in Virgin Hub to another DNS server but it is Virgin Media branded and you can't change it as it won't allow you. Another thing that's as really annoyed me is that when I upgraded to XL they put me on another twelve months contract when I was all ready out of contract what a cheek. When I go to other peoples houses and use there internet the browsing is almost instant and they are paying a lot less than the £30 per month for the ***** I'm getting lately.
Clean pc no spyware and works beautifully on other non Virgin networks.
