Email Problem

For sometime Ive used Outlook, 2003-2007 to get my email. But a while ago, emails from @hostgator ticket system havent arrived...

Today I logged in to VM online email system, before that was always empty if I had already checked email with Outlook.

The online email system has 100+ emails in there, lots of the missing ones too, yet if I send an email now, I get it back ok..

I also tried IMAP, also Windows Live, each time they say there are no emails.

1, send email to account1 from account2
2, check email with outlook
3, get test email from account1

So ech time I send a test from somewhere, I get it without problems, using Outlook. But there is a lot of emails sitting there which outlook (or other mail clients) just wont get.

I dont use spam filters anywhere, nothing is downloading from the account, and the only way to see the emails is the webmail system

Whats going on?

Isnt always the way, no matter what I did I could not get those emails. So deleted all accounts in outlook, set up a new IMAP account, and it downloaded them all !
