Virgin urls not working for me..

Virgin urls not working for me..

Having problems accessing some virgin urls...

When trying to access virgin player i click on sign in which is http://www.virginmedia.com/player/login comes up please wait however shortly after says internet explorer cannot display this page (have tried firefox aswell)

When trying my virgin media https://my.virginmedia.com same as above and again happens with firefox

When trying selfcare.virginmedia.com it redirects me to a page which says please wait however it then says internet explorer cannot display this page again tried with firefox

Any ideas? Any help appreciated.

The selfcare redirect and also the player works fine, to me though all my.vm.com pages just time out

This explains why I couldn't get to the status pages to check if there was a problem...
