E-Mails being blocked

I ordered tickets for Glastonbury yesterday AM and I am still to receive a confirmation e-mail despite it being over 24 hours later. I have gone onto the seetickets website to retrieve my order number but I dont receive that e-mail either. Could VM be blocking the e-mails? I have spoken to another person using an ntlworld e-mail with the same problem as me. There is nothing in my spam or bin folder. I cant get through to Seetickets to check with them.

Have you called technical support to check if the are any issues, but I cannot see any reasons as to why we would block ticket sites.

Not yet no, I havent had time to wait in a queue yet. I wondered if it detected it as spam if alot were sent from one domain or something. I'm sure it has happened in the past, but that was a few years ago.

Check the Spam filter in Webmail just in case.

No nothing on webmail spam or bin folder. Another person have just said they havent received theirs on ntl and also didnt receive the reminder before, which I didnt even realise there was one as I didn't receive it. I suppose I'm going to have to speak to tech support.

Have you logged in online at virginmedia and checked there to see if its there. I have had emails go into the online spam folder.

Yeah first thing I did was check my webmail incase Outlook wasn't seeing it.

It may not have been sent yet then from the agent.

I havent spoken to the agent (seetickets) yet but they say 24hours. It seems odd it's only ntl people not receiving them.

Yes, they are the only ticket seller for the event, it was the official link sent out.

I checked as well all looks fine, have you tried the tracker.

I dont have my tracking number to use that, if I click on retrieve it says it will send it to my ntl address, which never shows up. There is currently 6 people I have spoken to which are all on NTL with the same problem.

Same here, came across this thread while googling "VM blocking emails".
No confirmation email and when seetickets have resent it still nothing!

There is a thread on the Glastonbury subforum of Efestivals regarding this which is why I posted on here as more people were coming forward.
