gmail compromised in China

Lots of people are getting emails from BJ Trading in China because the gmail service is compromised there. Does this affect my Virgin Email as they now use Google.

Googling this gets me several hits going all the way back to January of this year..It seems to be the story that I remember about Chinese political activists and foreign reporters having their Gmail accounts hacked from within China.The latest is an August posting in the Gmail support forums.

The most up do date link is THIS thread..I can find nothing else current.

Just checked my gmail account..my spam box is full of the usual trash nothing from that firm mentioned.

I think you had better go to gmail support and report it..

WOT (web of trust) shows that link as red.
it says it has a poor reputation lol
