Siren is an unknown quantity at this point
When do you receive eMail Login (New Customer)

I've had the welcome pack with account numbers, what looks like router login details but when can I start my new ISP email account and access their site.

Only reason I ask is because I want to switch to Virgin Mobile and where it says sign if I'm already a customer I thought of making the process easier.

They're not installing till the 9th, would it be after that?

You get your Virgin Media e-mail address when you set up the broadband and go through the on screen activation process

If that fails as it sometimes does you then ring in on 151 and we then provide you with the details that you require.
