Getting someone elses emails

Hi, wondered if anyone can help.

I have an account with virgin (originally ntl) and have 3 email addresses, one is my husbands he accesses from his PC downstairs, the other 2 are set up on my PC upstairs, and for the last few days I have been recieving my husbands emails into my account. I have checked outlook, and no where in the settings is there any mention of his email address, I dont understand why I am recieving his email.

I have tried calling virgin, but got through twice after being on hold for a long time, then cut off.

I would call tomorrow after 0800 and you should get through to an agent, but with it being email you will need to be the account holder or at least have the account holder present because of Data Protection as you will be asked some questions to ensure that the account holder is there..
